Who Am I

Hi, I’m Tesh, Teshie or Mr Patel but what you call me isn’t that important. What is important, is my passion and skill set.

My belief is firmly rooted in the philosophy that to enjoy the human experience fully, one must first master the relationship between the mind and body. The body is the gateway to a more fulfilled existence and our vessel to a happier, soulful interaction with the world around us.

During the last ten years I have developed my own personal practice, which has given me a unique insight into the boundless expansion of our perceived “limits”. I have used my own journey alongside a WSWCF (World Street Workout & Calisthenics Federation) calisthenics qualification to gain the experience and knowledge to develop a safe environment to help you question how far you can develop yourself.

My journey has given me an invaluable insight into the best and worst methods of attaining control of the human body, and mind.

I practice what I preach and I have always believed in self discovery being the most important gift. Unfortunately life is a little wacky and sometimes you just need a helping hand. Fortunately I like helping
