I love the beautiful practice of movement and its younger, cooler sibling — calisthenics. But in today’s world of likes, shares, and highlight reels, the practice can often feel intimidating to everyday people.
That’s why I created Couch To Calisthenics — a series of short workshops, courses, and guides designed to take you from the basics and build you up step by step.
The goal is simple: build confidence, movement, and strength brick by brick… until you can create your own highlight reel.
Because everybody moves differently, online sessions focus on fundamental movement principles and can’t provide the same level of individual coaching as live workshops or 1-to-1 sessions.

FROGGIN AROUND
So you want to get into calisthenics or hand balancing… but you’re not quite ready to throw yourself upside down. Cool. That’s why we start with the frog pose — the gateway movement to all things balanced on the hands.
CORE CLUB
Core Club is 9 levels of our favourite core movements. Starting off with level 1-3 that build on the fundamental core movements without any equipment.
Levels 4-9 build on those fundamentals requiring a little more basic calisthenics/gym equipment.
